Amazing service by David

I’ve been in the rep game for over 15 years, and I don’t often single out dealers—but David stood out. He’s the first in a while to really impress me.

Last Wednesday, 03/12, I contacted David for the first time about a VSF 116610LN with a free rubber strap I’d seen elsewhere, meant to replace a VSF 126610LN I gave to my son. I just wanted to try out a new dealer. He responded quickly, and after I sent the payment via PayPal, he followed up the same day with QC pics, which were an easy GL.

On Friday, 03/14, he sent me the FedEx tracking number, and the watch arrived today, Monday, 03/17.

I’ve bought 100+ watches over the years, and this kind of speed is rare. David’s service was sharp and efficient—I’m really impressed. He might just be my new go-to TD.
